My name is Elaine Riley and I am proud to say I am a civil celebrant. 

 

It is a privilege and an honour to officiate at ceremonies celebrating major events in people’s lives. There is nothing more magical than being part of a beautiful wedding, knowing that you are helping to ensure the day is memorable in every way. I am committed to working with couples to create and deliver an unforgettable ceremony, be it large or small. Whether you desire an individually written ceremony or a short civil affair, I will help you design it to perfection.  

 

Before becoming a celebrant, I spent more than 20 years in a Boarding House environment where I cared for young women from 10 to 18 years of age. This wonderful experience has prepared me to handle all that life presents me with in a calm manner, and to always be ready for the unexpected!

 

I am also qualified to conduct funerals, vow renewals, naming ceremonies, house blessings and many other celebrations.

As a passionate supporter of marriage equality, I'm thrilled to be able to marry LGBTIQ+ couples.
